Age restriction and identification

Tobacco, nicotine and vape products are sold only to adults age 21 and older. CloudAra requires a valid government-issued photo ID for purchase. No ID, no sale. Age is verified at the store before a sale is completed.

Federal rules prohibit tobacco sales to anyone under 21 and require photo ID checks for customers under 30. Arizona law also restricts tobacco and alternative nicotine products, and covered tobacco or shisha instruments and paraphernalia, to people age 21 and older.
